Position Overview
The HR Administrator will support the Executive Leadership Team. This may include: scheduling meetings, booking travel, managing events, filing expense reports, and general office manager duties (supplies, mailings, file maintenance, etc.). In addition, this position will process bi-weekly payroll and do input/reporting on our payroll system (ADP WFN). This role will also get involved in ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at all levels
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook); ADP WFN experience
Must be detailed oriented
Works well with deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practice; ability to keep things confidential
3+ years administrative/business experience
Must have a min of 1+ years of payroll experience
