Position Overview

The Marketplace Coordinator will support the Amazon & Marketplace businesses with daily tasks required for optimal running of Amazon and other third-party marketplace businesses. As a member of the team, you will support the growth and scalability of the marketplace business. This role will work on a variety of operational and analytical tasks related to optimization of the business. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring customer portals, new item set ups, running reports to ensure all sites and assortments are updated and correct.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  1.     Maintenance of product detail pages for our Amazon business & other marketplaces

  2.     Create and manage support tickets for a variety of business-critical issues and operational needs in Amazon Vendor Central.

  3.     Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions to operational and marketing business problems which can offer efficiency or optimization within the marketplace business

  4.     Support the analysis of new marketplace entry and opportunities.

  5.     Create and update to optimize marketplace listings, keywords, images, titles, features and enhanced brand content

  6.     Manage technical issues via portal ticket systems

  7.     Monitor competitive listings and MAP policy

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 1 year working directly with Amazon as a 1P vendor or with an Agency (vendor central / seller central), Walmart, or Wayfair marketplace.

  • At least 1 year working in a retail merchant function (Merchandise Assistant, Assistant Buyer) or display strong understanding of retail math concepts and practical applications

  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets

  • Advanced Excel Skills including high level of comfort with pivot tables and reporting, VLookup, and Data Simulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Understanding of business metrics and performance

  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable with virtual meetings, messenger and shared documents
