Position Overview

The Sales Support Rep responds to requests from customers by phone, e-mail, or chat. Collaborates with the sales team on business strategies and relationships to increase revenue, while providing an award-winning customer experience.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies

  • 4 year degree preferred

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities as well as a keen sense of urgency

  • Ability to work in office (8:30am - 5:00pm)
