Position Overview

WUSA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to be a critical partner to our Sales Team and to provide support to the VP of Sales. In this role, you will streamline administrative operations to help the team focus on their core mission of driving sales growth. Your work will directly contribute to team efficiency and success by managing key logistics, communications, and administrative approvals.

 

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

·      Handling of essential administrative tasks such as approving expense reports, product samples, and paid time off requests.

·      Plan and organize quarterly sales meetings and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for the team.

·      Maintain and update the WUSA Sales SharePoint site to ensure the team has access to the most current information.

·      Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to keep everyone informed and engaged.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

·         Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PP, SharePoint) and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies; ERP & CRM experience a plus

·         Ability to use critical thinking to resolve issues in a timely manner

·         4-year degree preferred

·         3+ years previous experience in a sales or customer support role

·         Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

·         Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

·         Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities as well as a keen sense of urgency
